253rd Hahnemann Day Celebration on 10th April 2008 at Parbhani

 

Homoeopathic Doctors of Parbhani had organized Celebration ceremony of 253rd Birth Anniversary of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann (Founder of Homoeopathy) at Shaktibrahma Homoeo Care Luxminarayan Complex, Station Bus Stand Road, Parbhani.

On This occasion Senior Homeopath of Parbhani Dr. Ganesh Deshmukh inaugurated the function by lightening the lamp, on this occasion IHMA (Indian Homoeopathic Medical Association) National Secretary Dr. Pawan S. Chandak expressed his thought as for awareness purpose such programs necessary, Dr. Asha Chandak expressed that through this program all homeopath will come on one platform to work for the suffering humanity through this great science Homoeopathy. On this occasion Principle of P.D. Jain Homoeopathic Medical College, Parbhani Dr. Sandeep Narwadkar was present. VIDUR S N VITHAL CREATED HISTORY

 A student of A. S. Modern School Khanna ; VIDUR S N VITHAL- son of Dr. S. S. Vithal & Dr Mrs Nirmal Vithal created a history. He remained 100% present throughout his schooling i.e. why he got 100% attendance award from Nursery till 12th. His name has been recommended  in LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS.
Sh. Apoorav Devgan- Principle of the school said this is very  difficult achievement for any child, but Vidur has done it. He congratulated him & his parents specially his mother. Vidur is a dedicated & focused pupil, who remained present in the class throughout his 14 years. He was awarded at a glittering function by the school.

Vidur's father said 'though very difficult but he did it. Thanks to ALMIGHTY GOD and our Homoeopathic system that he seldom fell ill. If need be he was given only classical homoeopathic medication. No vaccination what so ever. When asked that from where you got this idea; Dr Vithal said i got inspiration from my teacher Principle Sh Madan Gopal Chopraji- who was never absent from his work throughout his career. Regularity and punctuality always pays he quipped.
  
In our family there were so many thick and thin but he was always encouraged to attend his school for which he did gladly- said Vidur's mother. We are very proud of him for his rare achievement she said.

Hahnemann's Day celebrations/CME at KHANNA(Pb)
 
On 13th April, Dr Hahnemann's day was celebrated by IIHP Khanna unit at Dr Vithal's clinic cum study chamber at Peerkhanna Road. Dr Prashant Gangwal- homoeopathic teacher & classical homoeopath from SRIRAMPORE(Mhrs) was the speaker on the day.He shared his expertise on Diabetes & its homoeopathic management. He showed various cases sply complicated one like gangrene, Daibetic foot, neuritis etc. In one case he prescribed Aur met200 once only and it was almost alright (in blood sugar level also) in all aspects. He added he use to apply Calendula or sometimes Echinacia Q for diabetic wounds. Diet also plays a major role in follow ups. A glass of luke warm water with added fresh lime juice is very much beneficial to such patients, if taken early morning.
He showed various slides of cured cases on video; before and after homoeo-treatment.It was a thought provoking lecture by this dedicated learned physician who happen to visit Khanna on his way to VAISHNO DEVI along with his family.
A memento was presented to him by Dr Kultar Singh Sandhu- seniormost quilified homoeopathic physician of the area.

Meghalaya to have ayurveda and homeopathy institute

New Delhi: An institute for ayurveda and homoeopathy will be set up in Meghalaya capital Shillong. The union cabinet approved the scheme on Thursday.

The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homeopathy will be an autonomous organisation under the department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH). It will be built at a cost of Rs. 675 million.

Out of a total of 225 ayurveda colleges and 181 homeopathy centres in the country, the northeast has only four - there are homeopathy colleges in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and one ayurveda college in Assam.

Despite considerable demand for ayurveda and homeopathy in the northeast, there are no teaching institutes for these subjects in the other states of the region.

The establishment of the institute is also expected to improve research and development of bio-resources in the northeast.

He is a leading homeopathy manufacturer in India and is also the president of the Central Council of Homeopathy, the apex body overseeing homeopathy colleges.

 

He thought he could leverage his position as president of the council to promote his drugs.

His philosophy was simple – managements that wanted recognition from the council would have to buy up products manufactured by his firm Bakson’s Drugs and Pharmaceuticals.

And it worked. As many as 37 colleges obtained recognition that way. But nemesis is now catching up with the man.

In the charge-sheet filed in a court in New Delhi on Monday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), CBI has accused SPS Bakshi (55), son of a renowned homoeopath, Dr Kirpal Singh Bakshi, of abusing his official position as the president of CCH, a statutory body constituted under the provision of Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 and granting recognition to 37 colleges. The council gets grant-in-aid from Ministry of Heath and Family Welfare.

“The extension of recognition was granted to the colleges despite the fact that they did not meet minimum requirements for the bachelor course of Homeopathy,” said the charge-sheet.

Bakshi refused to extend the recognition to Homeopathic Medical College, Hoshiarpur (Punjab), because Dr SP Anand, secretary of the college had refused to purchase medicines worth Rs 5 lakh manufactured by Bakshi’s company, the agency alleged. The CBI during the probe found that the said college met all the necessary pre-conditions for obtaining the Council’s recognition.

 

On the other hand, Solan Homeopathy Medical College was granted permission despite not fulfilling the mandatory minimum requirement. It was later found one of the members of the college had bought drugs worth Rs nine lakh from Bakson’s Drugs and Pharmaceuticals.

 

A few years ago, Bakshi was reportedly arrested by Kolkata police on charges of selling homeopathic medicines mixed with steroids, without a licence from the state drug control directorate, in his clinic in Kolkata.

CCH vice president Dr Ramjee Singh and secretary Dr Lalit Verma has been named a co-conspirator in the recognition scam.

Bakshi’s Bakson’s Drugs & Pharmaceuticals itself runs 30 super specialty homoeopathic clinics throughout the country.

New Delhi, Dec 21: Countering the medically accepted fact that AIDS is sexually transmitted and incurable, a renowned homeopathic physician has said Homeopathic Antipsoric medicines have proved capable of destroying the 'virus' which causes AIDS.

 

''In fact the virus is Psora and not HIV and the chronic disease is neither sexually transmitted nor can be acquired through blood transfusion,'' said homeopathic physician Dr Rajkishore Sinha, who has submitted his findings to the DG, Indian Council of Medical Reasearch, and Director, Central Council for Research in Homeopathy, and whose research paper has been published in the British Homeopathic Journal, London.

The chronic disease is curable by over 40 antipsoric medicines, which are easily available in the market, he said.

''Homeopathic Antipsoric medicines are capable of curing AIDS and other nonvenereal chronic diseases because they have already proved their powers and are noted in the homeopathic material medica,'' the physician said.

Since, no two persons are alike in the sense of the totality of the symptoms of their diseases, no two chronic diseases can be declared common. Every patient has to be treated on the basis of the totality of the symptoms of his/her chronic disease and the patient has to be selected on the basis of the similarity of the symptoms, he added.

''When the causative virus of the so-called AIDS is known along with the antiviral medicines and the curative powers of such medicines, immediate steps must be taken to tackle the disease,'' Dr Sinha, who claimed to have cured several patients, said.

The problem of the day is how to cure and check the rapid increase of natural chronic diseases and homeopathy has always been alive to the problem of such diseases. Homeopathy has discovered that the root cause of nonvenereal chronic diseases which share 90 per cent of the total diseases is the infection by Psora chronic virus and the rest are venereal chronic diseases behind which Syphilis and Sycosis chronic virus act, Dr Sinha explained.

Antipsoric medicines can cure AIDS as its symptoms have been found to be similar to Psora which produces only non venereal chronic diseases and is not similar to Syphilis and Sycosis chronic viruses.

Dr Sinha also claimed that no virus is transmitted through blood contact. ''It is only Anthrax which is found in the blood of affected cattle and affects human beings through the network of nerves when it comes in contact with the skin. This proves that none of the non venereal diseases are acquired which is also the case with AIDS.

British doctors and the highly respected medical journal 'Lancet' have been criticising this centuries-old system of treating diseases. A proposed seminar on homeopathy's role in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, which the European Society of Homeopaths was to organise in the UK on December 1, had triggered fresh protests.

Last month, Dr N K Ganguly, Director General of the Indian Council of Medical Research had told UNI that a homeopathic medicine has been found to be very effective against HIV/AIDS during screening at National AIDS Research Institute.

''The homeopathy compound screened in vitro at NARI against HIV has been found to have a lot of potential in effectively killing the virus,'' Dr Ganguly had said.

However, he refused to name the compound as there were Intellectual Property Rights issues involved. Moreover, there was a memorandum of understanding with the company which had given the compound, which is already being used in treatment of some other disease, for testing against HIV so the details could not be divulged, he said.
